Photoshoot behind the scenes of a commercial advertisement photoshoot in KL with Frost Yaw is one of the first experiences I ever have. I was quite excited when I was invited and given permission to shoot along with her production team, to learn something new about taking behind the scenes photoshoot. I am compiling portfolio as a personal portrait photographer in KL for my future plan.
The photoshoot is more to fashion and beauty. Thanks to the nicely set up studio lighting and my new 35mm F/2 camera lens, I don’t have to worry about underexposed photos. With a 35mm prime lens on my Fujifilm X-T30 crop sensor, it is equivalent to a 50mm on a full-frame camera, which is suitable for portraiture photoshoot.
I arrived at the studio late in the morning, met Frost and her production team who have already started the commercial photoshoot. I was nervous at first but after a few hours taking behind the scene photos, I started to get used to it and enjoyed myself!
I took lots of BTS (behind the scenes) at the studio and outdoor portrait photoshoot with Frost. I’m kind of love the results of the photographs I’ve taken! It is a whole new experience for me in the studio instead of taking photos on the street. Alright, let’s get straight to the point and take a look at the behind the scenes in the studio.
